Senrok provides AI workflow automation and product engineering services. We deliver customized solutions tailored to each client's specific project requirements through a consultancy and services model.

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be set forth in a separate service agreement. These Terms do not supersede any separate agreement you may enter into with Senrok.

The Senrok website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Senrok and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of both the United States and foreign jurisdictions.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from Senrok without express written permission.

You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: harassing or causing distress to other users, transmitting obscene or offensive content, interfering with the normal operation of the service, attempting unauthorized access to systems or data, and using the service for any illegal activity.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Senrok expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Senrok does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Senrok and its directors, employees, partners, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, goodwill, or service interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
