Backend architecture built to support scale

We build the production-ready infrastructure required to systematize complex workflows. When orchestration demands scale, we design Go microservices and Kubernetes platforms with strict operational boundaries.

From rewriting fragile legacy systems to building deterministic event architectures, we ensure engineering teams have the audit trails and reliability needed to ship without breaking operations.

>Releases require manual exception handling.
>One service failure causes cascading orchestration errors.
>Teams lack the operational boundaries to ship independently.
>Audit trails are weak and state is hard to reconstruct.
>Legacy systems block the deployment of deterministic automation.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should we engage a platform engineering team rather than a feature team?

When releases require manual exception handling, one service failure cascades across others, audit trails are weak, or legacy systems block the kind of automation you want to layer on top. These are the symptoms of a platform problem, not a feature problem.

Do you rewrite legacy systems or work around them?

Both, depending on the constraint. We usually start with the smallest possible replacement of the boundary that blocks automation, then incrementally strangler-fig the rest. We avoid big-bang rewrites unless there is a specific, well-evidenced reason for one.

What does a typical engagement deliver in the first month?

A working CI/CD pipeline for one or two services, structured observability with traces and audit logs, and a written platform architecture that the rest of the engineering org can review. From there we expand to the rest of the services in priority order.
